Permitted non-hormonal performance-enhancing substances

What? Performance enhancers? For decades athletes and non-athletes have been using performance-enhancing drugs/supplements> However most of the time the news  flash comes when a competitive athlete is caught using banned hormonal & non-hormonal substances. Is your diet prior to being pregnant important? Well researchers and health experts say that it is. As the diet which you were taking before you were pregnant, determines your usual diet plan. Depending on that, the health care professional can assess and recommend to you what is missing in your diet and what needs to be changed. Did you ever stop to consider what you are eating, when you want to get pregnant? Hello there everyone... It has been a long time since I posted. Last few years were the years of studies, without social life, with lots of knowledge pouring in from the Professors & of course from the sources of evidences for the current practised evidence based medicine. For those who don't know or has forgotten 😄, I am Dr. Mohamed Ali. I finished my Basic Medical Qualification from Ukraine, and completed my specialist training in the field of Internal Medicine from Nepal. Just 1 year back I was like this in the pic below. With over 106Kg, well its a little overweight, don't you think? Well it was around 1 year back.
